What is it?

Smart Growth Hub provides three specialist training courses, all with The GC Index embedded at its heart:

 

  1. The GC Index®️ Accreditation
  2. GLES (Gift Link Engagement Session)
  3. GC Sales Training

 

We focus on sales through the lens of The GC Index®. By understanding both your own GC Index profile, and by crucially understanding your client’s profile, you will learn how to best connect with your prospects/clients with maximum impact.

The GC Index Accreditation

The GC Index® accreditation process consists of the following:

  • Completing The GC Index® Profile.​
  • Attending a one-day workshop that takes you through The GC Index® and the role of the GCologist.​
  • You will then receive 3 Practice Links to send to three individuals of your choice.
  • Once you have completed the questionnaire, you will review The GC Index® Profile Report with each individual.
  • The second part of the accreditation process is a half-day where you will discuss one of your review sessions with The Chief Psychologist of The GC Index®, Dr John Mervyn Smith, and the rest of the group.
  • Finally, you will be asked to provide information about yourself that will be uploaded onto The GC Index® website and then you are accredited!​

GLES (Gift Link Engagement Session)

Once The GC Index® accreditation process has been completed, and you are a qualified GCologist, everyone can take advantage of GLES, which is a free training course, which will give you in-depth knowledge of:

  • The 10 stages of the Gift Link Process
  • How to position your own business solutions with different GC Index profiles
  • Sales closing tips using The GC Index®

Ultimately, GLES will give you insight into how to use the Gift Link process to influence your prospect or client, based on their GC Index profiles, in order to increase your win rate.

GC Sales Training

GC Sales Training is a practical, best-practice guide to:

  • Targeting prospects (pre-meeting);
  • Connecting with prospects (during the meeting); and
  • Following-up and building business (post-meeting).

With all participants having benefitted from completing their own GC Index profile pre-course, you will have good insight as to how you feel most engaged and energised when it comes to making your own business impact.

Our unique end-to-end 10R Sales methodology will highlight why every prospect/client is different and why it’s also important to understand where they like to make an impact.

LinkedIn Training

As a business you need to focus on sales, connections and networking on a professional level, and to achieve this, LinkedIn is your perfect business tool.

But beyond the basics, how many people truly know how to get best value from LinkedIn?

This course will:

  • Introduce you to LinkedIn’s Social Selling Index (SSI);
  • Show you how to establish your professional brand;
  • Teach you how to find the right people;
  • Share the importance of engaging with insights;
  • Help you to build LinkedIn relationships.

If you are effectively establishing your professional brand, finding the right people, engaging with insights, and building relationships, your chances of selling your own solutions and services increase exponentially!
